Homemade Buttercream Frosting


 

*LIST OF INGREDIENTS

°1 cup (250 mL) Becel salt bricks

°4 cups (1 L) icing sugar

°1/4 cup (60 ml) 2% milk

°2 tsp (10ml) vanilla extract

* Methods :

Combine Becel® Bricks with icing sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended. Beat on medium-high speed, scraping down the sides occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Makes enough frosting to frost 24 cupcakes or one layer cake (in a 9×13-inch pan).
